I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I landed at the airport, I knew I was in for a luxurious experience. The greeter met me at the luggage carousel and helped with my bags, and the driver took me to the hotel in style. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The concierge team deserves a medal for their helpful recommendations and assistance. The location was perfect, within walking distance to fine dining and shopping options. The rooftop A La Carte breakfast was a delicious start to my day. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation provided were top-notch. I truly felt spoiled during my stay.

I had an incredible stay at a luxury hotel in Beverly Hills CA. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, being both accessible and quiet. The concierges were extremely helpful and efficient. The hotel also offered free late checkout and local transportation, which was a great convenience. The beds and pillows were of high quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Clean and close to great dining and shopping options. Room service had a wide variety of choices. The valet team went above and beyond to accommodate us. The staff was friendly and knew my name wherever I went.
