The hotel's location in the heart of the entertainment district of downtown LA was perfect for our visit. We were within walking distance of the Staples Center and other event venues, as well as shopping centers and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, from the well-maintained rooms to the pleasant-smelling hallways. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, from the quick and efficient check-in process to the helpfulness of the housekeeping, bell boys, and valet staff. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and wonderful bathroom facilities. Additionally, the option to sync our own Netflix/Hulu accounts to the in-room TV for entertainment was a nice touch.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to cabs and public transport. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the beautiful view of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with excellent internet and even Netflix on the TV. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the coffee provided in the room was excellent. the staff, location, and amenities made our stay unforgettable.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff provided exceptional customer service, especially when there was a mishap with the first room. They immediately fixed the issue, offered us an upgrade, and even provided hotel credits as compensation. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. We enjoyed the great city view and the convenience of syncing our Netflix/Hulu accounts to the in-room TV. The hotel's location in the heart of this city's lively area, with various event venues, shopping centers, and restaurants within walking distance, was perfect. this hotel provided a clean and well-maintained environment, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Very close to everything, including the convention center and the art district. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean and comfortable room with a great view. The staff, especially Aja at the front desk, provided superb customer service and made our stay memorable.

We had a seamless check-in experience with friendly valet service. Our room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to many great restaurants and the Crypto Arena. The restaurant provided excellent service and delicious meals.
